Q : How are items shipped?

Ans : Buy PC Supplies uses UPS and USPS to ship our packages. Items are shipped either via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on items ordered and destination. Expedited shipping is available on most orders - please contact us, as rates are determined by location. Should you require any specific shipping options, please contact us as well. We are more than willing to work with you for any special requirements you may have.

Shipping & handling rates are calculated after items have been added to your shopping cart. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally will have shipping rates determined after order is completed. Should you require exact shipping rates, our sales team can give you rates over the phone.

International Shipping:

There may be customs fees and a variety of taxes due upon delivery. These fees and taxes are not added to your purchase at the time of purchase. You are responsible for paying them. If you refuse delivery, we will refund the price of the products ordered. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you are unsure or would like more information about these fees and taxes, please contact your nearest customs office.

Tracking information will be provided to customers when items have shipped. Tracking numbers are e-mailed automatically, and can also be checked online through our order status system.

Q : Can I use a purchase order?

Ans : Yes, our company does accept authorized purchase orders. Simply check out through the online shipping cart with the authorized purchase order number, and fax a copy of the PO to: (888) 735-7282 to complete authorization.

We also accept all major forms of credit card payment for easy and secure ordering.

Q : What is your return policy?

Ans : We guarantee your satisfaction of our products within seven (7) days of receipt. If you are not happy with the product, please follow the procedures set forth below. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number.

Clearly mark each address label of each package being returned with the RMA #. DO NOT WRITE DIRECTLY ON THE BOX.
  • Non-Defective Product Returns. Please contact us by telephone at (888) 727-4858 and you will be issued an RMA number. Returns must be the complete product with the original packaging, shipped by UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service, with the RMA number prominently displayed on the package. We will provide an exchange of product, an in-house credit towards future purchases, or we will credit those purchases made with a credit card. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and a 25% restocking fee charged when applicable. No cash refunds. We will not be responsible for products that are returned by uninsured, non-trackable shipping methods if it does not arrive or if it arrives to us damaged due to shipping. Please package all returns securely and properly to avoid damage. We must receive your return product within 31 days of issuance of the RMA number.
  • Defective Product Returns If the product arrives to you defective/damaged, please contact us by telephone at (888) 727-4858 and you will be issued an RMA number. Sorry, no returns or exchanges after 7 days of receipt. We will not be responsible for products that are returned by uninsured, non-trackable shipping methods if it does not arrive or if it arrives to us damaged due to shipping. Please package all returns securely and properly to avoid damage. We must receive your return product within 31 days of issuance of the RMA number. Product returns shipped without a confirmed RMA will be refused and returned to sender at their expense.

    Note: Custom Dust Covers (covers which are made based on customer's specifications) are non-refundable on product and shipping costs.

Cancellation of an Order

You may request a cancellation prior to an order shipping and we will make every effort to honor your request. The request must be received prior to our shipping time of 2pm eastern standard on the day your order was placed, unless the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday. Then the order would have to be cancelled by 2pm the next business day. After your order is shipped, cancelled or refused orders will be billed a restock/handling fee of 25% plus shipping charges both ways. Free shipping promotions are not applied to cancelled or refused orders.

From Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please send by insured U.S. Mail.
